Painting the exterior of your home is a big job and we’re up to the task. Our services include garage floor coating, sanding and prep work, power washing, concrete staining, wood staining, fence painting, and deck staining. When changing the color of your house, we always recommend and apply two coats of paint. We apply paint using a combination of spraying, for large areas and brushing for precision areas.
Our Process for Painting Your Exterior
- We will start with a consultation to determine the best finish and type of paint for your home. We work with leading brands like Sherwin-Williams.
- We start by power-washing the full exterior of your home removing any dirt, dust, or mildew.
- We scrape and sand away any peeling or flaking paint.
- We will spot prime, caulk, and putty as needed.
- We will look for any rotten or broken wood and work with you to handle and repairs.
- We protect all plants, furniture, grills, brick and concrete with drop cloths or plastic coverings.
- Doors and windows will be covered for protection.
- We follow all paint manufacturer guidelines to ensure a smooth beautiful coat of paint.
- We will do a final walk around and inspection of your home to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Our Process for Painting Inside
- We ask that you remove all pictures and wall hangings before we begin. We also ask that you remove other breakable items from the room.
- We will move all furniture to the center of the room and cover with plastic sheeting.
- Floors will be covered with drop cloths.
- We will remove all electrical faceplates.
- We will prep walls to be painted – fill holes and sand.
- First coat is applied and inspected upon drying.
- Second coat is applied.
- We will inspect the work and make any final touch-ups.
- A final walkthrough will be conducted with you to ensure your total satisfaction.
